a few people have already bought tickets from my wife for the first boat.
they bought them before the announcement of the 2nd boat to raffle.
can these tickets just be traded for tickets for the “ozone”?

      Hello Jeff,
I will be at this MS clean-up.
How did you find out about a ‘river troll’?
Do you have an un-cool story about the ‘hostile landowner’?
examples; shotguns, fencing, yelling, calling the law, run over by jon-boat, etc.???
      let us know please.

      Hello President Dan Prater,
Good job setting out goals and ideas for the growth of the MWA.
You have a few good ideas that could be developed.
In terms of member benefits, the picnic used to be a reward for paying MWA dues.
The club would pay for meat and drinks,(kids & adult beverages)-
the rest of the meal was a large pot-luck dinner.

In terms of club gear, storage will be a HUGE deal.
Somebody will have to store it, check it in & out, clean and repair as needed.
That sounds like a lot of work for somebody that might not even get to use the gear.
-plus the logistics of being able to meet with who ever may need to use it.

In terms of the “beater box”, some of he same issues would apply.
I have some gear that could be put in for emergency use.
If the campground is open, they may be willing to help with the storage.
      there is also the issue–
“hey, this loaner gear is better than what I left at home, I might have to keep it.”

In terms of ‘scholarships’ for training events,-great idea- how do I apply?
in terms of the newsletter-digital- the old timers have the Greatest stories.
(you will be a more respected President, if you could provide consistent water for the Saint)

      Hello,
      ?”member at large”?
Have you seen me? I would think this would go to a large person?
I would say Gordo, but when I saw him at the races, he was looking fit and lean.
Beloved Freddie has passed, so that is another large member not to fill this position.
I know that I am capable of eating as much as most large people. (share a pizza and find out)
I guess that I could accept the nomination, and pretend to be a big person?
      Yeah, whatever.

      John,
You do know that this is a white-water forum right???
Very few people use this forum anymore, and, YES, I blame you.

If a new person was to look up the MO White-water Association (non-facebook),
-the first thing they would see is you talking to yourself.
When you reply to a legit post, your remarks are always negative or irrelevant!!!
The people that still use this forum, -will not post anything because nobody wants your reply.
Nobody cares about your personal issues.
If you are not going to boat, please DON’T post here.
The worst thing is-I have to act like you, just to tell you to “QUIT BEING AN A$$”

      John,
if you were serious, you would have your gear fixed long before the season started.
this was clinic weekend, lots of people in shorts and tee shirts.
at 80 degrees, you would have been fine.
      you should have came down,
I’m sure that there was a spot in the adult beginners class for you.
      maybe next year?
clinic happens every year, gives you a year to find, fix or borrow gear.
all of the adult beginners seemed to have a great time this year.
I’m sure you would have also.
you have to leave your house to kayak!!!

Yeah, brain freeze and to many distractions.
when I actually looked at calendar, I knew I messed up.
I’ll still be happy to hike right side, help tag trees.

      hey Jeff,
all tires were on river left, and could be pulled up to the trail.
the 2 I mentioned were on bank at low water level,
if water gets big because of melt and rain, they could go downstream again.

      hello Jeff,
at low water the other day, i saw a tire just below Catspaw, and one just down from Littledrop.
      you said meet at pavilion?
      Millstream or Silvermines?
unless camp manager or forest service is around, silver-mines gate is closed.

      Try again John,
Some of the worlds most hated people are also some of the richest!!!
Boaters not caring about you personally has nothing to do with your money situation.
