      This point has been made. I have tried and tried to discuss alternatives which works for both the cattle guy and the whitewater community and he is absolutely unwilling to compromise.

      Here’s a question. If this is for his cattle…why is there only ONE fence going across.?

      have authorities been notified, especially if we know who the guy is, sounds like attempted murder to me
