      Visited Jerry and Jim and Doris yesterday. The level was -20″ which is the lowest Jim or I ever remember it being. Similarly Di and I were on Missouri last weekend and I saw dikes, and levees I never knew were there (but explained funny currents I’d always wondered about.) How can this be when we have received OVER 0.04″ of rain in the last 60 days?

      Work on the water line to upper CGs continues….and my only comment on that is if the govt were a private company they would be long ago bankrupt.
