      Does anyone know of any rules and regulations prohibiting mountain biking the Silvermines/Millstream Gardens Trail?
      I have only heard heard no you can’t or yes you can via word of mouth.

      I have never heard that the park service forbids it. I was once stopped by MDC for the state part of the trail and I told them that by their own rules, double track is open to mtn biking. I asked them to get back with me if I was wrong- they never did. I have mtn biked this many times successfully.

      Thanks Chuck,

      Today was amazing. After 3 hrs of surfing Down the Saint with my good buddy Jason, I mountain biked back up to my van where my second kayak, and extra gear we’re waiting. After bombing the Saint I ran the trail and then caught up with some good old pals at MS and down at D.
