at 1 pm on 12/27/2023 the D bridge gage was (-)5 inches.

on black friday, i hiked into cats paw from river right. nice hike, very scenic.
the pool at fisherman’s was super low.

on 12-27-23 i hiked into mud creek, again-nice hike, scenic.
for the people that might boat it this winter, there is a cedar log across creek.
currently, it is 2-3 ft above the water, meaning that at doable level-right at water level!!!

hiking out, from fire-pit – all the way to the parking lot on hwy D (2 miles past campground)
moving at walking pace, moving branches, marking trees, etc. = 42 minutes
If (boat-less) at Mud Creek,it is faster to follow trail to hwy d and walk to campground-
then to bushwhack down to the damn and then follow that trail on river right.

I hope to see other boaters (hikers) soon

If boatless on river right it’s easier to hike out the crazy Jerry trail>Hwy D>campground than it is to swim across if the level is 7.5 over 😆

The crazy Jerry trail and mud creek conservation area are cool areas folks should check out
