When I was a kid, I used to walk this almost all the way to the highway. I can remember some pretty exciting rapids (as a kid). Anyone ever run this? I imagine its heavily choked with trees and brush.
In the fall it gets a dam release when they lower the lake to freeze out the moss over the winter. The water pours through 2 manhole size openings. I really dont know that its enough to do much for water level though.
