We took “Butchie” home as Doris and Jim said he was bothering campers. He has been at Silvermines for about a week.
He is a very gentle, energetic, smart, loving, male Blue Healer, or Aussie Cattle Dog. Age? Young- maybe a year?
We already love him- but our fear is that we don’t have enough running room, or work, for him. Sammy and the Cats have already shown him who’s boss, and while he is interested in the chickens, he has not acted like he wants to get them.
He is a great leash dog for walks- and he DOES want to get the wild animals around here- bunnies, squirrels, etc.
So anyone interested, please let us know.
