will there be enough water to paddle on Wed?

  Hey Folks,
  
  1) What do you all think are the chances there will be enough water to paddle on Wed? I saw rain predicted for tomorrow, but I still don’t have a good sense of how much rain is needed to make the river rise.
  
  2) If there’s enough water to paddle on Wed, who wants to join me?
