  Gibson now has the basic knowledge how to roll now with some more practice he will be prepared to come with us with confidence that he will come back up when getting rolled at the saint! Good job gibson!

  I’ve taught a lot of beginners to roll, and I have two words for you: head down and HIPSNAP!

    I also catch myself with my head coming up first sometimes, I’m still learning myself but atleast I can show him what I know so far so he can atleast perfect it himself 🙂 he asked me to teach him so I showed him.

  Yeah john throughout the whole teaching process I have pounded that into his head haha he’ll get it though some of the rolls off camera he was getting it! Im just proud he has the basics now he just needs to work on keeping his head down and using his hips more thanks buddy 🙂
