The SLU Kayak club was donated a C2 and C1 by David Lackey. We have several students who over the past year have expressed their desire to learn how to canoe. Now that we have the gear for them to use, we need a instructor.
We practice Mondays from 6-8PM and Saturdays 1-3PM and 3-5PM. Usually our instructors attend one out of three practices a week, and we are flexible if you’re not able to make it every week.
We practice in a indoor pool at the rec on campus.
An ACA instructor certification is preferred.
