A few weeks ago, I tested out a new system for setting up a single slalom pole using a collapsible pole to cantilever a slalom pole over the water. It worked great!!! Thanks Chris Matsuno who suggested this product!!!
I am planning to rig up a few more poles on river right that can stay up during the training season.
Advertisement 🙂 Practicing working toward precision moves in a slalom boat OR river runner is so much fun and will help make you a more confident paddler. If you are interested, keep your eyes on the board for when I will be back down there with this setup. Your coming out will help make carrying it down to the river worth it.
