      Calling all retirees, slackers, Hawkeyes & ne’er-do-wells –

      Thursday is shaping up to be warm & sunny, and it looks like a nice day to hang gates & get some downriver practice.

      Meet at the Brown Storage shed Highway 67 at 11:00 am to load gear (Dave Hillman from ISU has one vehicle).

      Meet at Millstream at the crack of noon (CON) to deploy & distribute gear to the appropriate locations.

      Gates & poles, tarps at Start & Finish, need two A-frames & tarps for Sales table, tent, tables, chairs, scoreboard, and SIGNS, SIGNS, EVERYWHERE SIGNS.  Do this, don’t do that, can’t you read the signs?

      WARNING:  Don’t park on the left side of the parking lot (where the toilets are) so they can deploy portapotties & the dumpster (likely Thursday).

      I’ll be there. Don’t know where the shed on 67 is?

      it’s about a half mile north of highway 72, off northbound 67, on the right (across 67 from the electric coop).  There is a turnoff there.  we don’t need too many folks there, but a few pickup trucks or vans with space would be great.  otherwise meet us at Millstream
