the saint may be up, but it will drop fast, I was watching radar all afternoon, mass amounts of water fell right over Millstream, but not very much fell upstream to hold the level

if you can boat tonight or early tomorrow, the better. I would be surprised if it holds above -0- thru sunday afternoon unless more rain falls overnight. Wednesday afternoon, the d bridge was at neg. 11

I’m just asking if anyone can boat very early on Saturday?

I could be there early, but I have to be off the river by 10 am!!

otherwise I do the early appointment and I couldn’t boat till mid to late afternoon.
