Hey all! Chris Handley, the president of ACC, reached out and invited us to their Winter Board Meeting at
Lake Fort Smith State Park.This is essentially a lot like our Pignic ( Pot luck dinner, paddling, hiking and a board meeting ).
It will be the weekend of January 21st and we would like a small group of members to travel down there to get to know the ACC better and start building a better relationship with them. There is much we can learn from our whitewater neighbors! It would also be a great opportunity to talk about our 50th race coming up in March.Who is interested in going?
It’s about a 6 hour drive from St. Louis, I am willing to make the drive if someone joins me as I don’t wish to do it alone. I also can meet up in Columbia or Springfield as well. -
