      Well Jon, the Yaque del Norte is a little high, equating to just below bridge level. My shuttle gets here at 2:00 pm. I will paddle the Puente Amarillo to La Peña section. About 17k. Downriver pace all the way. Only 1 mandatory eddy…. I live in La Peña, so a nice healthy Ice cold Rum and Club Soda with lime awaits my run ! Wish you were here !! Start planning ….

      7/15 report. River was 4″ at 9:15. Becca, Ross, Steve, and I went down the first lap and loved the warm water so much that we decided to go again. Becca had to leave but we met up with Jim and a good second lap. Left about 230pm and it was around 0″. Short lived but weather was awesome.
