Report from Stout's Creek

As I feared, there is now heavy machinery in the river bed, and a layer of rip rap rock. They also have 2 -3 foot diameter pipes ready to put in place. Di and I think this will be a temp bridge until the new one is in place, and we all know those pipes will not carry enough water should Stout’s rise.

As far as not affecting the river bed……..?
