Got in a nice solo lap on pickle Creek today. It was low but good. There are 4 portages due to wood right now. So if it comes up again anytime soon, be aware.
One could be a potential problem. It is right after the drop on the second rapid and before thethird rapid which are pretty much stacked on top of each other. There are a few Eddies but you wanna be ready to get em. I ran the first drop Eddied out and put back in after the wood which meant peeling out right into the next drop. It was not bad because I scouted, but if I hadn’t it would have been a tough move.
The first two are no problem, in the flat section at the beginning before any of the Rapids. The last one is near the end after all of the Rapids.
