  On our drive up to Chicago this weekend I was reading my latest rapid and canoe and kayak editions and came across some cool entries. First of our own Cal Mike got a shout out for our Missouri whitewater in the top paddling cities in America (Canoe and Kayak). In “Rapid” there was a article by an Eric Johnson (from Illinois?) about taking a rafting guide course as a 37 year old, that mentions “The Professor” as a good nickname. Sounds familiar. There were no Missouri references in my Surfer magazine.
