large culvert on upper saint

while boating the upper on Sunday, I saw a large culvert that had came downriver.
it is approx. 2.5 feet diameter by 16 ft long
it is about 2/3 way down the upper on the river left-center
it is plastic, so it would have been above water while coming downstream
That would have been an interesting sight while surfing!!!
It has not been there very long
would there be any interest in helping me get it free and float it downstream???
