  We are coming down from NW Iowa this Wednesday thru early next week. Last few years we have been blessed with water at 0 or above for this week. We have been paddling St. Francis since 1976 and memory does not serve me well as to the lowest one can still make it down the river. We are pretty well locked into the area, so going elsewhere is not much or an option. Your vast knowledge would be appreciated.

  I personally have run the Saint at -6″ without getting out of my boat except at Dam Breach.
