Chain of Rocks Saturday or Sunday?

Hi folks. The Chain is at or near a boatable level (in my limited experience) and I need to paddle. I’d be interested in planning a PnP session this weekend with other strong boaters who know the stakes. Thanks. Jonathan

Accordian to the predicta’ it is gonna be too high this weekend. I was out there last weekend at 11 point something and aside from an absolutely beautiful big wave/foam pile 100 yards above the lethal pour over, there was nothing. The sad part is that now it is going to be dark early and the river may well plummet thru the optimal levels (circa 9 feet) very quickly. It may be time to “adjust” the schedule. Jonathan, do you have any early dismissal days during the week?

I have limited flexibility in my schedule this fall, which is one reason I haven’t paddled at all. There’s a small chance I could make something happen next week.
