On Saturday August 25th, the MWA will be cleaning the five mile section of the Meramec River from the Sappington Bridge boat ramp to the Meramec State Park boat ramp. We will meet at 9:00 am at the Sappington Bridge put-in and arrange for vehicle shuttles. We should be off the river by 2:00 to 2:30 pm. There will be a BBQ with refreshments for participants at the State Park pavilion after we get off the river. I will have gloves and trash bags available. You can paddle canoes or kayaks. It’s a fun family float on a pretty section of the river. Bring drinks and a snack for on the river. If you need directions or more information please contact me at mcwehking@accessus.net .
