The SLU Kayak Club is looking to buy a trailer to transport 10-12 kayaks. I have found two companies that sell kayak trailers, they are in Kentucky and Michigan.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where I could buy or commission a trailer? I have heard that someone near six flags in Pacific makes kayaks trailers, I cannot find any information on them though.
The reason that we are not looking to buy roof racks is that roof racks are specific to individual cars. And students will generally be in the club for 3-4 years. A trailer, on the other hand, can stay in the club for a number of years, saving us money in the long run.
