Waaiittt! Something is wrong with precip gauges. It says we got a tiny fraction of an inch- but I know we got a ton of water last night= 1 inch. Stout’s is on the low side of doable….whether the gauge goes up or not (and it should from upriver rain) the gauge at D should go up from Stout’s.
