      Issue Alert
Last week, on Sept. 22, an Oregon County circuit judge ruled that the state of Missouri must sell or transfer approximately 625 acres of the 4,197 acre Eleven Point State Park.

The 625 acres is the part of the state park that falls within the
Wild and Scenic River Easement, and was the focus of the lawsuit.
The 625 acre easement extends a quarter mile inland from the river’s edge.

If you oppose the sale of the Wild and Scenic Easement portion of Eleven Point State Park, ask the state to appeal the judgement of the court for the lawsuit Van McGibney, et al., Plaintiffs, vs. Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Defendant, Case No. 17AM-CC00021.
