Di and I were on the upper saint yesterday fishing, etc. and expected a drag fest. We were surprised by the channelization and actually did not have any problems until the last set of riffles above fisherman’s take-out. By my chart I suspect the level was neg 9″.

I don’t know why we fish it, there aren’t any fish in the Saint……
