  Yesterday the river still had completely frozen over areas, in places 3″ thick. I would suspect with the river rise that it is now broken up- but still be on the lookout (esply at the dam pool, which is the last to unfreeze).
  
  Also the gates were ALL closed Sunday- may be still closed today.
  
  The trail is guaranteed to be sloggy today.

  Still around 85 o Crystal clear, warm water, great levels continue. (Sometimes too great !) Retirement been berry, berry good to me !
