Jim Coffey just launched a new program called Whitewater Healing to help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder experience healing through whitewater paddling. They will be doing one day camps later this year in Ottawa, Canada; the Nantahala Gorge; and Jalcomulco, Veracruz, Mexico. They are looking for volunteers, sponsors, and supporters (and participants.)

Jim is the instructor who taught the Swiftwater Rescue Training at the Saint last year and will be teaching it again later this month. He also produced the Rescue for River Runners YouTube videos for the American Canoe Association, and is the founder and director of Esprit Whitewater, which offers a variety of whitewater paddling, instruction, and adventures in Ottawa and Mexico.
