For those available, or who just can’t wait, we’re going to start the gate hanging on Thursday 16 March, a day earlier than normal. We want to get some stuff done so we won’t be in a time crunch on Friday, before the Downriver.
On Thursday we’ll meet at Millstream at Noon. Some folks will meet at the shed at Brown Storage at 11:00-11:15 to load up.
We’ll still plan to continue setup on Friday morning at 10:00 am. There may be less to do, so watch this space for any announcements as to a later Friday start time, in case most work is done. Otherwise, come down & enjoy the river for the day.
On Friday mid-afternoon we can start some shuttle activity to get downriver racer’s vehicles down to the D-bridge. That way, when we start the race, we won’t have to return to Millstream & can enjoy the party at the Pavilion!
