Status of HB 2405? Anyone? it limits river bank access - Missouri Whitewater Association

  Some time ago we were looking into HB2405. It could destroy present rules on river bank access and much more.
  
  Sources told me that it was going nowhere. Recently I have been asked to respond again. there appears to be movement. does anyone understand what is going on with this thing?
