I have an old Pyranha for sale. It is an old boat and quite long but would be great for a beginner because it is great at bombing through waves and down the river. This was my go to boat for big water but I’m living and working overseas now so I won’t have any opportunity to paddle.

I have a basic paddle I will throw in as well.
