Nick Tilley wrote a very nice article (with lots of photos) on local whitewater, the 52nd annual MWC, & some whitewater venues in development down in Arkansas. There’s even a short piece on Iowa. Read it here in the Terrain July/August issue. I’ll bring copies to the next MWA meeting (if I get them on time).
[not sure where the “500 mile” quote, or “decorated Olympians” at the races came from, but otherwise…]
