      Jim Called at 8:30am this morning

      level at D is 5 inches

      The online Roselle gauge read 3.53 at 8:30am, which works out to about 8″ using the conversion.
      (3.53-3.00)*15=7.95″

      So it sounds like the online gauge is still reading about 3″ higher than the actual metal gauge on D bridge.
