  A gathering is planned for Saturday, September 28, from 2-5PM, at Freddie’s cousin’s bar, The Corner Pub, 3271 W Iles, Springfield, IL. I know we have shared many stories in response to Freddie’s untimely death in the Dominican Republic, and this will be a chance to understand the breadth of people that Jeffrey Carter’s boisterous and kind demeanor has touched.
  
  Freddie is being buried in the DR, and arrangement details for that will follow as well, for our information.
