I’ve been scouring weather forecasts for some hopeful signs of whitewater late next week when my paddling buddy Larry Rice passes through on his way from Buena Vista, CO. to Georgia. Hizzhonor Mr. Kelly was thinking of joining us on Friday. Looks like some rain in the forecast but with the water this low I’m losing optimism. I’d love for someone to tell me I’m wrong.
