Tentative Plan is to
Warm-Up
Learn the Course
Do some practice runs
Work on Stroke Combos
Do Timed Runs
Will focus on Pool slalom course gates 1-7 (Upstreams).
There is still space available, and we’ll
will post registration link when available.
Please arrive at 2:45.
DO NOT ENTER POOL AREA BEFORE MWA INSTRUCTORS ARRIVE and ALWAYS TREAT MEHLVILLE EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT. OUR CONTINUED USE OF THE POOL DEPENDS ON THEIR GENEROSITY!
