Heres just a very quick little video when i got home last night I did of sundays run with sheldons group. When i get back from WV ill be putting more up what a great fun time we had perfect water level! and YES I took cats paw Z-route upside down AGAIN this time bad carnage haha! I did the Z-route upside down once! And I knew exactly where I was at the time, and just waited as I bumped my helmet on a few rocks until I felt myself flush free (must be the pool at the end of the Z-route, I thought), and THEN I rolled up! Whew! 🙂 No carnage, just a few more helmet scars.

🙂 i have a few more new scratches on my helmet we all had a great time PERFECT and Great people to paddle with I learned alot yesterday! Thankyou for replying. like i said ill have TONS more videos at the end of the week im going up to WV to do underground firefighting training, I tried to talk my boss into letting me take my gear and squirrel to run new river gorge but HE said no haha!
