Was wondering how people brought “nicer” cameras onto the river without fear of them being destroyed.

Ive seen the Dry Duffels a lot, but was wondering on how dry they are and if they are ridged enough to provide any kind of support from items being crushed.

Went to the Alpine Shop today to see what size Pelican Case I could cram the camera it into. I am stuck between the 1200 and 1300. It does “fit” inside the 1200 case, but I do have to push to get the lid to close. It easily fits inside of the 1300, but that case is huge.

Was even considering a large plastic bag or dry bag to at least keep it sealed from the water but obviously that would not be ideal.

      Any input would be appriciated.

      Hey Ryan,

Watershed Drybags are hands down the best go to in my opinion.   I have seen a ton of people trust very nice dslr’s and other fancy cams in these…. Pack a soft layer or two in with it, and its bombproof.
