  A good time was had by most everyone. We had 6-8 for a Friday warmup on the Lower Nantahala. On Saturday the mortal boaters ran the Upper Nanty – twice! (Breaking my vow not to do laps there again.). All good, no permanent injuries. The boater Godz among us ran the Cascades, multiple times, in multiple orientations (forward, backward, right side up, upside down…). But all good. A few folks finished with a bomber run down the lower, while the rest of us drank beer. Sunday the majority of the crew ran the Ocoee, again with little noteworthy carnage. Thanks all for participating, and see you next year.

  Was a good trip for us too. We shortened it up and went home Saturday so we could see our babies whom we were missing super bad. We only did one run on the lower Nantahala which was good enough for us. Lots and lots of sight seeing/driving.

  A great weekend it was! Sweet seeing so many MWA’ers out there; Lots of fun had by all!
