For example, I used to paddle a MegaRocker but after I got past the beginner stage, it drove me crazy, because it had no edges which made it extremely hard to ferry and peel out. On the other hand, No Eddy Freddie loved his MegaRocker because he just wanted to go down river.</p>

<p>The <a href="http://www.pyranha.com/kayaks.php?kayak=Fusion%20SOT" rel="nofollow ugc">Pyranha Fusion sit-on-top</a> looks pretty good.  Has anyone paddled one?  Thoughts?</p>
<p>He&#8217;s 5&#8242; 8&#8243;, 130 lbs and growing like a weed.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before you make any predictions, I found this cumulative precipitation map that shows the high (near 2&#8243;) precipitation to be only in a relatively narrow band, which won&#8217;t have as much effect on the river as 2&#8243; across the whole watershed.</p>
<p>The image below is for a six hour period Saturday morning.</p>

<p>I love the soles on my 5.10&#8217;s, and I&#8217;d still be using them if the uppers had held up.  Good idea to have them repaired.  We used to have a guy in Harrisburg that could work on boots, but he went out of business 10 or 15 years ago.</p>

(3.53-3.00)*15=7.95&#8243;</p>
<p>So it sounds like the online gauge is still reading about 3&#8243; higher than the actual metal gauge on D bridge.  </p>
