One was opened on October 31 to lower the lake level to kill the under water grass that has caused the algae problem the last couple years and to let property owners do work on their docks.</p>

<p>I would love to get on Pickle Creek again but not sure how far north the rain went. It was probably good today but I doubt tomorrow.</p>
