      The Saint is a great learning river at many levels!!  Many open canoes are on the Saint.  It has several sections to practice and build your skills.

      Really enjoyed the article!  Kathy, you are Amazing and bring your live of kayaking to others.  Thank you so much for helping my group of kids the past two years in the MWA clinic!

      Great time!  Thanks for everyone who made this such a wonderful event!   I wondered if anyone who did the Akers to Pulltite float picked up a right handed conto Bester We’re Powerhouse kayak paddle?  We left one at the take-out  ; (!

      Jim, Emily Wentz, Raymond and I did a midnight float one New Year’s  Eve!!  It was COLD!  We lost the moon below the dam at Silvermines and we had ice on our drysuits when we got off the river.  But it was a Blast!  Going to miss him so much!

      I plan to boat tomorrow after a nap.  I hope to get to the river about 2pm.   I can meet you at D bridge.  I’llbe there on Thursday & Friday too!

      Level today, Sunday, January 15th was 5″.  The river is still rising slowly.   A robust “Monday Slackerz” crowd will abound ;)!

      Might be a possibility!   We bad water in McHenry lake in the front yard.   Stouts had a slight rise in the back yard.  Even -2 inches or zero would be nice tomorrow.  I can’t go though ; (!
