SUMMARY:ACA Adaptive Paddling Workshop (APW) - coordinated by TRR
DESCRIPTION:This ACA Adaptive Paddling Workshop (APW) class is full and keeping a wait list. We do need 5 volunteers with physical disabilities who will be at the class Sunday 2/4/24\, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm to let the students make paddlesport adaptations for them. Contact Debbie Dean (below) if interested. \nThe course provides the information necessary to seamlessly integrate individuals with physical disabilities into paddlesports programs. See details here… https://americancanoe.org/education/universal-paddling/ \nFriday evening to Sunday evening\, Feb 2-4\, 2024\, at the St Louis area Pallonttine Renewal Center. Registered students need to be an ACA paddlesport instructor (or gain that status w/in 1 year). Successful completion of the course will give participants an Adaptive Paddling ACA endorsement.
