Looks like a good way to hurt your back while getting eye level with some Cottonmouths ! Much longer than the belly boards people use with foot fins, for propulsion. How do you hold on while paddling, or making corrections in your course ? You buy one Jon, I wanna go to school on you.... Freddie

We been on them in Calif for a few years now running class 4 and we used them for river rescue lots of fun no injuries that I know of. You do need to dress right your in the water full time can get cold in those Mtn rivers. Would be a hoot to run the Saint
