Hey everyone, I know it might be a little early, but I'm not one to wait for the last. Due to me being an ACA Swiftwater Rescue Instructor I tend to be just a little meticulous about river rescue and safety. If you have in the past performed the duties of boat based rescue please let me know. If on the other hand you prefer to be land based rescue that would be great too.
I'm working toward boaters and land based only on duty for two to three hours at a time then getting a break.
Please let me know your availability for the two day event. As we get closer to the event, I will have available a schedule for all the safety personel.
I will develop the safety responsibilities based on the design of the race course layout for the specific race, and each person's area of responsibility.

We will be developing the river safety for the boater cross, down river and the slalom course. Please keep this in mind when you are volunteering.

With your help we can make this a very safe experience for the competitors of this event.

WOW!!!
What a job by the safety team. I want to thank each and everyone of you for the exceptional job at the races. You all were wonder and I know the racers felt safe with you all watching over their every move.
