newbie with an emotion comet

new to the world of kayaking , just bought two emotion comet kayaks at cabelas on sale . thinking of calm water only and the current river. has anybody had a comet and likes or dislikes

I haven't per say paddled the Comet, but like any other flatwater crafts that is 8 to 9 ft long it will handle with ease....I would paddle the Upper Current River starting at Baptist to get better current and gravel bar camping.
You may have to attach more bunge cords to haul more equipment.
