ACA Individual Membership

To complete your ACA membership application, the Adult ACA Waiver or Minor ACA Waiver, fill it out and mail it to Missouri Whitewater Association, Membership Director P.O. Box 300099 St. Louis, MO 63130

If you do not mail your ACA Waiver to the Membership Director, your money will be returned and your membership will not be renewed. The ACA will not accept money without a signed waiver.
