Round Springs Group campsite, with use of Picnic Pavillions for the Saturday meal.
Camping will be available for Friday and Saturday nights at group sites 6 and 7.
MWA picnic float Saturday (ready for shuttle by 10am at Round Springs group camp), optional for Sunday.
September general membership meeting and annual awards Sunday at 10am
Main course will be supplied by the club, which include Ribs, Burnt Ends, smoked turkey, ham, and sausage from Hickory Pit BBQ in Rolla, MO (formerly Johnnie's Smoke Stak), along with setups. Accommodations are being made for vegetarians. Soft drinks are provided.
Please bring a side dish that can be kept in coolers until Saturday afternoon. Some can be simple, like loaves of white bread to "sop" with. Most needed items are side vegetables, salads, and desserts.
UPDATED NOTE: Picnic Pavilions *do* have electric, just not the group campgrounds. We will bring as many Crock Pots as we can get our hands on, but if you have a electric serving pan or Crock Pot, it would be helpful. Please mark your items with your name on masking tape.
